On January 2007, KZ&V was trying to go non union in the job located at Co-op City, Bronx. After hours of strike the problem was solved thanks to Local 78 Business Agents and Orginizers. Local 78 Business Manager was also present.
Every worker deserves to have a union. Local 78 works aggressively and diligently to organize workers, to represent its members, and to provide a level playing field for union contractors.
